Colin Carvey

Co-Founder & CEO

Colin Carvey is the Co-Founder and CEO for Revedy, the market leader in underwriting Short Term Rentals as an investment asset. He established Revedy’s proprietary underwriting platform so investors can predict the true yields, occupancy, and ADR at the asset level. Colin is a veteran of the vacation rental industry and prop tech, having led Vacasa to their $319M Series C as their Head of Growth. He was responsible for 88 mergers and acquisitions, produced over 3x growth, increased overall unit profitability and built a team that continues to serve Vacasa to this day. Colin has 20+ years in Financial services, included stints in Digital transformation, Marketing, Sales and Operations for Transunion and some of the largest financial services organizations.

Allie Lynch

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Allie Lynch is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Revedy, the market leader in underwriting Short Term Rentals as an investment asset. She is dedicated to the creation and implementation of multiple data products specific to STR investors built upon the foundation of their proprietary underwriting platform. In her most recent position of President of Authentic Vacations, the US brand for UK private equity-held Tour Partner Group, Allie drove high growth of 30-50% year over year. She combined her background in travel technology and product development to successfully launch and operate Authentic Stays offering thousands of luxury vacation rentals in both domestic & international markets. She has been investing and executing on short term rental portfolios for 12 years.
